Microsoft SQL training is important to learn all about the different versions of this program. And, once the class is taken it is important for technicians to continue their education when new versions of SQL are available. For example, Microsoft SQL training is necessary for techs to understand all the ins and outs of the Microsoft SQL Server 2005. It is worthwhile to take SQL 2005 training classes because it keeps you up to date and improves your income. When you take a class of this nature you will learn about some of the key features of Microsoft SQL 2005.
T SQL, also known as Transact-SQL is a variant of SQL and is used in the Microsoft SQL Server. This additional syntax helps in stored procedures. TDS, Tabular Data Stream, is what both Microsoft SQL Server and Sybase/ASE use to communicate. This was also incorporated into the FreeTDS project so that more Microsoft SQL Server and Sybase databases could communicate. The most recent version is SQL Server 2005. This supports the connectivity to Web services SOAP protocol. What this means is those clients that do not use windows can communicate across the SQL Server. There is also a certified JDBC driver that was released by Microsoft that allows Java applications to communicate to the Microsoft SQL Server 2000 and 2005.
This server includes clustering and mirroring of databases. Basically, an SQL server cluster is several servers that are configured identically. This allows multiple servers to take their part of the workload. There is an identical virtual server name given to all of the servers so that it is made into the IP address. Data partioning is also support for distributed databases for the SQL server. The SQL Server 2005 also introduced database mirroring. This means that replicas of the information in the database could be saved on another SQL Server. The creation of snapshots is also allowed on the SQL Server 2005. This basically a backup image that is saved in case it is needed.

About 4 years ago I got my first GPS in my car - you know the things I am talking about. A program that runs on my PDA and a small GPS receiver come together to let me know where you are. The whole GPS thing is brilliant - a map and program that actually does the hard work of navigation for you - much easier and safer than trying to juggle a map and watch the traffic.
The GPS has advanced a long way since then - with mapping, route planning, estimating travel time, calculating a new route in case you get diverted due to roadworks and so much more. Once you use a GPS in your car, there is no way you will go back to using a directory!
Now, the next logical thing to do with a GPS is to not only have it as a stand-alone in-vehicle solution for the Driver but to truly empower the fleet manager. Now to do this, all you need to do is to use the GPs to report in real-time or near real time the exact location of the vehicle.

By using the power of the GPS and AT&T’s extensive mobile network for reporting, it is now simple to know exactly where your registered vehicle is anywhere within the US and Canada thanks to GPS Insight.
If you are like me, and just have a single car - it might not make a lot of sense to have this installed into your Car. If you are running a fleet of vehicles, then this suddenly becomes a very attractive proposition to keep track of them all. For only a few $ a day, you can instantly know where all of your fleet is and where they have been for the last 90 days!
Not only do you know where the vehicle is, you get several other very useful reports that include things like direct engine diagnostics - see the speed and fuel usage of your fleet without relying on the driver to fill in a log book. It makes sense to have your employee working and bringing in the money rather than doing paperwork filling in logbooks now doesn’t it.
The GPS insight support wiki will answer all of your questions on what it can and cannot do for you and is a great place to start seeking more info. What I found really easy to look at and understand is the GPS insight Blog - it has useful articles that include heaps of screenshots that really do explain how it all works. I can tell you, that after seeing this, it just makes sense to make use of GPS technology to keep a track of your fleet from 1 or 2 to hundreds of vehicles.

The new Microsoft Exchange 2007 application has a bunch of new features that have been combined with some old ones to make it better than ever. For those that want to upgrade to this new version is this a great time to do it because there is a lot of Exchange 2007 training information out there that will allow you to get up to speed on some of the changes that have been made and how you can make the most of your efforts. If you are not familiar with the new version and have not had any Microsoft Exchange training you may have a very difficult time migrating your current Exchange environment with Exchange 2007.
Instead of risking the messaging application for your organization you should slow down a bit and take part in Exchange 2007 training. There are CD’s, training videos, self paced online training, and even on site training for large groups. With all of these options there is no reason not to take part in Exchange 2007 training and be as educated as you possibly can be about this messaging application.
